A reply has been filed in the matter and it has been stated that the contemnor has passed an order after granting an opportunity of hearing to the present petitioner. In the light of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt case and the same stands closed with a iiberty to the petitioner to fiie a fresh contempt case in case he is still aggrieved in the matter.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
