THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3961 OF 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not renewing the contract of the petitioner by his proceedings dated 11.03.2016 in Rc.No.K08/WP27538/15(110) as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the same.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Standing Counsel, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.41245 of 2016 & batch dated 02.02.2017.

This Court having noticed that no reasons are assigned in support of the report submitted by the three man committee, against appointment of the petitioners, even though detailed explanations are filed by the petitioners, allowed the writ petitions setting aside the consequential order of the District Collector and remitted the matter to the stage of examination of issue by the three man committee.

Following the said decision and the reasons assigned therein, this writ petition is also allowed and the matter is remitted to the stage of consideration of the issue by the three man committee appointed in pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.27468 of 2015 & batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
