HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32879 OF 2021 ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the parents of Thati Teja, who got married to Sameera @ Shaik Sameena, to declare action of respondent Nos.5 to 7, in interfering with their and their family members' personal life and liberty, as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions received by him, submitted that 'Woman Missing' case in Crime No.366 of 2021 of Khammam (Rural) Police Station was closed, and as of now, there are no cases pending against the petitioners.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioners are given liberty to approach the concerned police as and when there is threat to their personal life and liberty from the parents and relatives of Sameera @ Shaik Sameena.
