Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner had assailed order dated 10.04.2006 in Rc.G.163/2006 passed by the 3rd respondent in Revision Petition before the 2nd respondent filed on 26.11.2015 under paragraph 18(2) of Board Standing Order 15 of Board of Revenue Standing Orders. The petitioner's grievance is that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders in the said Revision Petition or in the stay petition filed therein by the petitioner and there is threat of dispossession in the meantime.

3. Counter affidavit has been filed by the 4th respondent stating that the petitioner is in possession of land to an extent of only Ac.0.24 cents out of Ac.0.54 cents in R.S.No.126/6 of Gopavaram Village of Musunuru Mandal and that he is not in possession of Ac.0.30 cents of land therein.

It is unfortunate that the 2nd respondent is not passing orders in the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner on 26.11.2015 or in the stay petition filed therein.

Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to the petitioner and the 5th respondent. Pending disposal of the Revision Petition, the respondent authorities shall not dispossess the petitioner from the land to an extent of Ac.0.24 cents in R.S.No.126/6 of Gopavaram Village, Musunuru Mandal, which is admitted to be in his possession as of

today.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
