ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 11.11.2014 in W.P.No.22288 of 2014.

The necessity to advert to the detailed facts is obviated as the person in whose favour the respondent has passed the order temporarily restoring his authorization, which is prima facie contempt case in the face of order dated 11.11.2014 in W.P.No.22288 of 2014, has offered his resignation on 21.08.2015 and the same was promptly accepted by the contemnor vide his proceedings in RC.No.2222-1/2012/C, dated 24.08.2015.
