THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI CONTEMPT CASE NO.1785 OF 2018 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} The respondent-contemnor is present in the Court. copy of the order of the Supreme Court in S.L.P.No.22412/2018 dated 21.08.2018 is placed before us whereby the Supreme Court granted stay of operation of the judgment and order dated 27.07.2018 passed by us. We consider it appropriate, therefore, to close the Contempt Case reserving liberty to the petitioner to institute contempt proceedings afresh, if need be, after disposal of the S.L.P.
