ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to settle terminal benefits of the petitioners. This Court on 5.11.2003 in WPMP Nos.18323 & 18324 of 2003 directed the respondents to pay the retiral benefits to the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the said interim direction, partial terminal benefits were paid to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if some more amounts are to be paid to the petitioners, they are at liberty to agitate their rights, in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
