This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.314 of 2015 on the file of Station House Officer, Mellacheruvu Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

3 In this result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
