Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 22.02.2018 terminating him from service. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner claims to have preferred appeal to the District Collector. However, there is no proof of presentation of such appeal. 3.

Thus, granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer appeal against the order of removal, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that as and when the appeal is preferred the same shall be considered in accordance with the Human Resource Policy and appropriate orders be passed by assigning due reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
