Heard Sri D.L.Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 11.1.2016 to the respondents for appointing him as Contract Junior Lineman, and that no action has been taken on the said representation sofar.

Having regard to the above circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 11.1.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per law.
