D.Sujatha v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15130 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4.
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice No.A1/165/2014-7 dated 20.05.2015 asking the petitioner to vacate the shop within seven days from the date of issuance of notice on the ground that the period of lease in favour of the petitioner expired on 02.08.2013.
It is an admitted case that, by 02.08.2013, the three year period of lease expired. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and she has no other accommodation to run her business. This Court is not inclined to grant any order except disposing of the Writ Petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the second respondent and the second respondent may consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
