Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents. While petitioner contends that Ac.1.20 gts of land in Sy. No.330/4 assigned to him in Aksanapally village, Andole Mandal, Sanga Reddy District was acquired for use by the respondents for construction of model school without paying any compensation under the Land Acquisition Laws, respondent Nos.1 to 3 in their counter denied the said allegation.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court for appropriate relief against the respondents by establishing that he was deprived of his land by the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
