This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 17.3.2017 passed in A.T.C. No.4 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Special Officer under the A.P. Tenancy Act, Srikakulam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file a fresh application along with the original document in question. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
