This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 15.03.2012 in I.A.No.533 of 2012 in O.S.No.884 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. As per the office note, O.S.No.884 of 2009 was disposed of on 18.07.2014.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.03.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
