This Writ Petition is filed challenging the show-cause notice dated 02-03-2017 issued under Sections 452 (1) and 461 (1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, which was served on the petitioner on 15-05-2017, for demolition of premises bearing H.No. 12-2-187, Ayyappa Colony, Nagole, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for GHMC.

Normally, this Court will not interfere with the matters at the stage of show-cause notice. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to submit her explanation to the show-cause notice dated 02-03-2017 within a period of four weeks from today and on such explanation, respondent No. 2 is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Till passing of such orders, there shall be stay of demolition of premises bearing H.No. 12-2-187, Ayyappa Colony, Nagole, Hyderabad.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
