Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this revision is that I.A.No.171 of 2019 filed by her in O.S.No.148 of 2015 in the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, praying to set aside the ex parte order dated 26.10.2016 by receiving the written statement of defendant No.2 is not taken up so far causing hardship and suffering to her. Once an interlocutory application is filed, it has to be considered and appropriate decision has to be made expeditiously.

In view of the limited grievance, without entering into the merits of the issue and without prejudice to the claims of the respondents herein, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, to expedite the hearing of I.A.No.171 of 2019 and pass orders as warranted by law by affording due opportunity to the respondents, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
