HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Petition No.7752 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 of Cr.No.136 of 2017 of Jaggaiahpet Police Station, Krishna District, which is outcome of the report of the 2nd respondent no other than the mother of the 2nd petitioner/A.2 and mother-in-law of 1st petitioner/A.1 Perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the contents of the FIR. In fact, there is nothing to interfere with the investigation but for to say the offence u/sec.420 is not punishable more than 7 years, if any arrest of the petitioner is required, the police shall strictly follow Section 41-A of CrPC, and also the guidelines in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar1. Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
