The petitioner complains against improper investigation in FIR.No.787 of 2017 by 4th respondent.

On 21.09.2017, at request of respondents, the writ petition is directed to be posted on 31.10.2017 and further direc ted to be listed today for producing c ase diary and the material gathered in the investigation by 4th respondent.

The 4th respondent has placed before the Court the record in FIR No.787 of 2017.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the investigation is at final stage and the 4th respondent would complete the balance of investigation, act in accordance with law and as warranted in the circumstances of the case within four weeks from today.

By placing on record the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader (Home), the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
