Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration, Revenue and Home, appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 6, and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, after filing the present Writ Petition, the third respondent authorities have removed the subject statue and he seeks liberty to assail the said action.

In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner to assail the said action, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
