HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.5 & 6 of 2018 IN/AND Crl.A.No.26 of 2010 JUDGMENT:
The appellant/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant/victim present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, both the I.A.Nos.5 & 6 of 2018 and the Criminal Appeal are allowed by setting aside the conviction judgment passed by the lower Court dated 11.01.2010 in S.C.No.29 of 2009 in view of the above compromise.
