HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.27882 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare action of respondents Nos.1 and 2 and their officials in interfering with the manufacturing, production, sale and direct distribution of Press mud on the brand names of Bhuraksha, Raksha Gold, Humax-G produced by the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the Fertilizer Control (Amendment) Order, 2008 and further sought a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 and their officials not to interfere in any manner with the manufacturing, production, sale and direct distribution of Press mud on the brand names of Bhuraksha, Raksha Gold, Humax-G produced and marketed by the petitioner through its Marketing staff and also through Licenced Dealers as per the Fertilizer Control (Amendment) Act, 2008. Heard Sri L.V.S.

Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture, and Sri K. Aravind Kumar, learned Assistant Solicitor appearing for respondent No.3 - Union of India. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respective parties that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.30.10.2018 in W.P.No.36958 of 2018.

TA, J W.P.No.27882 of 2019 Accordingly and for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the activities of the petitioner in respect of 'Press Mud'. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
