2. Petitioner states that she made an application in terms of Section 4(1) r/w Rule 18 of the Rules framed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The said application is pending before the fourth respondent and without taking appropriate action on the said application, petitioner alleges that steps are being taken by the fourth respondent to issue pattadar passbook to respondent Nos. 5 to 11.

3. While the grievance of the petitioner with regard to the allegation against respondent Nos.5 to 11 cannot be considered inasmuch as even

according to the petitioner no pattadar passbooks are issued relating to the land claimed by the petitioner in terms of his statutory application under Form 6A. However, since the said application of the petitioner is pending from 09.11.2015, it is appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to examine petitioner's application and communicate appropriate decision to the petitioner within four weeks.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has recently been informed that the fifth respondent is no more. Hence, the writ petition to the extent of respondent No.5 shall stand dismissed as abated. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
