Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the proceedings dated 12.06.2018 of the Regional Joint Director of Collegiate Education, Guntur have been withdrawn. Learned counsel for the petitioners therefore, submits that the Contempt Case may be closed.
