THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.24374 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport.

According to the petitioner, the representation, dated 21.05.2018, filed before the third respondent, is pending consideration and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that such representation, filed by the petitioner herein, is not entertainable and they have to make appropriate application in Form-36.

In view of the above, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make appropriate application in the prescribed Form-36, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a further direction to the respondents to consider the same, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
