HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.32232 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner made an application before the District Collector, Chittoor District-2nd respondent on 03-10-2014 requesting for implementation of the final decree in O.S.No.38/1972. The said application is stated to have been forwarded by the 2nd respondent to the Sub-Collector, Madanapalle, Chittor District-3rd respondent, who inturn directed the Tahsildar, Madanapalle, Chittoor District-4th respondent to take appropriate action, vide his proceedings Roc.No.B4/321/2014, dated 06-02-2015. The petitioner complains that in terms of the said final decree no action is taken by the 4th respondent and therefore, the present writ petition is filed alleging inaction on the part of the 4th respondent. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the direction already issued by the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent under the proceedings referred to above, I deem it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the petitioner's request in terms of the final decree and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 05-10-2015
