ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner complains that in spite of his representation, dated 20.07.2015, the fourth respondent is not taking up the petitioner's request for mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook. Petitioner relies upon copies of judgments passed by the civil court in his favour and enclosed copies thereof along with the representation.

3. It is, however, found that petitioner has not made application as per the prescribed proforma under Form 6A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Hence, petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate application in accordance with the Rules while enclosing the copies of the judgments of the civil court and if such an application is made, the fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
