It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the Order Dt. 04.06.2018 of this Court in W.P.No. 13978 of 2018. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is to be disposed of on the same lines to that of W.P.No. 13978 of 2018 dt. 04.06.2018.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.5 to pass appropriate orders on the condone delay application filed by the petitioner herein along with the Appeal Dt.07.07.2018, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein. It is made clear that, till the said application is disposed of by respondent No.5, status quo with regard to possession of the subject property shall be maintained. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
