Heard.

The petitioner seeks pattadar passbooks and title deeds on the ground that she has succeeded to the property of her mother Ravvala Lakshmamma. The petitioner filed a detailed representation under Ex.P-1, dated 26-08-2015 before respondents 2 to 4 and alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed. It is, however, evident from the record that the petitioner has not made any application in terms of Form 6-A of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989, and unless appropriate application is made before the competent authority, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered and no relief can be granted to her. Hence, with the liberty to make appropriate application before the competent authority, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
