HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.1715 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 25.02.2014, which reads as under:

"Pending disposal of the O.A., the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 15.01.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 2.

Learned Government Pleader further submits that in view of the interim order dated 25.02.2014, the respondent authorities had issued Memo No.252/Ac(A)OP1/GHMC/14-1061, dated 25.03.2014, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and submits that the cause in the writ petition (TR) does not survive for further adjudication. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions and further submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved with the rejection order dated 25.03.2014, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 25.03.2014, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved, in accordance with law. 5.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
