When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the revision petitioner sought permission to withdraw the civil revision petition inter alia stating that he is instructed by the revision petitioner to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission is accorded to withdraw the civil revision petition. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
