The counsel for petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to proceed against the 6th respondent in both the Writ Petitions for recovery of amount of compensation which the 6th respondent received in respect of the subjects lands mentioned, title to which the petitioners also claim.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
