This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1004 of 2013 from the file of Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
