THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1460 OF 2016 ORDER:

By order dated 30.01.2016, services of the petitioner were terminated. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner filed W.P.No.4259 of 2016. This Court by order dated 10.02.2016 suspended the order of suspension. Alleging non-compliance of the directions issued by this Court, this Contempt Case is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - University informs the Court that the Writ Petition was dismissed by order dated 19.09.2016. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred W.A.No.1191 of 2016 and the same is pending.

In view of the subsequent developments and dismissal of the Writ Petition, this Court is not inclined to initiate proceedings of contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act.

The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, filed in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
