The learned counsel for the petitioners was absent on 27.04.2018, 15.06.2018, 19.06.2018 and 20.06.2018 and there was no representation whatsoever on their behalf. On 20.06.2018, the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their case. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
