As per the information collected by the registry, O.P.No.1321 of 2011 was disposed of on 13.03.2013. Since O.P. itself was disposed of nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition and consequently, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
