This Habeas Corpus Writ Petition seeks production of

1) Susma Sisodiya, W/o Goutham Suosidaya, 2) Reeta Sisodiya, W/o Jwala Prakash and 3) Gabo Sisodiya, W/o late Banu Sisodia, who, according to the petitioner, are illegally detained by respondent No.2.

Mr. C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Government Pleader submits that all the afore-mentioned three persons are arrested in connection with Crime No.57 of 2016 registered at I-Town Police Station and presently, they are in judicial custody. He submits that they were arrested on 02.04.2016. That seems to be the reason why, nobody is coming forward to work out the Writ Petition on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this Writ Petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
