THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.7338 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, (for short 'Cr.P.C.') to quash FIR No.388/2018 on the file of Gachibowli, Madhapur Division, Cyberabad, against the petitioner. The petitioner is accused No.2 in the said crime. The offence alleged against him are under Sections 417, 468, 471, 420 read with 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for respondent State and perused the record. 3.

The punishment for the offences alleged against the petitioner/A2 is less than seven years and this petition is pending since 2018. 4.

In the said circumstances, in the interest of justice, this Criminal Petition is disposed off directing the Police not to arrest the petitioner and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
