Petitioner is the wife of Kerosene Hawker, who had died. Seeking appointment on compassionate grounds as Kerosene Hawker in place of her husband in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS-I) Department, dt.28.02.2014 issued by the 1st respondent, petitioner had submitted representation dt.03.12.2015 to respondents 2 to 4, but the same is not been disposed of by them.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 03.12.2015 will be considered by the 3rd respondent within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.03.12.2015 for appointment on compassionate grounds as a Kerosene Hawker under the above G.O. within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
