HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28574 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in recategorising the post of Attender in which the petitioner has been working as Shramik.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Sri S.V. Ramana, learned standing counsel for the respondents-corporation submits that the petitioner was promoted as Record Tracer (RT) and thereafter he was promoted as Routine Clerk and he is presently working as a Routine Clerk at Rajahmundry Depot. In those circumstances, the relief which the petitioner claimed in the writ petition is not required to be considered.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
