ORDER:

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare condition Nos.

1 and 7 in tender document, dated 19.10.2015, issued by respondent No.3, pertaining to the project of providing illumination to Sri Sammakka Saralamma Jathara, Medaram Village, Tadwai Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal and arbitrary.

W.P.M.P.No.2230 of 2016 is filed by the writ petitioner for permission for withdrawal of the writ petition. Mr.Ch.Satish Kumar, learned standing counsel for Sri Sammakka Saralamma Jathara appearing for respondent No.3, stated that he has no objection for withdrawal of the writ petition. Having regard to the above facts, W.P.M.P.No.2230 of 2016 is ordered and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 3.10.2015, in W.P.M.P.No.45594 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.45594 and 45595 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ______________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 22nd January, 2016 GHN
