ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 30.07.2013, in Writ Petition No.20453 of 2013.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignments) (Telangana State) placed before the Court G.O.Ms.No.84, Revenue (ULC) Department, dated 24.06.2015, whereunder the petitioner's possession in respect of the subject land has been regularised. Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of this G.O., the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
