Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition since the O.A. filed by the petitioner for the same relief has been already transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P. (Tr) No.2444 of 2017.

In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue W.P. (Tr.) No.2444 of 2017. No costs.
