HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P. No. 24527 OF 2006 ORDER :

This Court, by order dated 24.11.2006 granted interim direction in WPMP No.31356 of 2006 to pay salary to the petitioner by suspending the proceedings Ref.CM.CTR:CC:GCS:0607, dated 07.11.2006. WVMP No.498 of 2007 is filed to vacate the aforesaid interim order, wherein this Court, by order dated 01.04.2009, dismissed the same.

It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the amount recovered from the petitioner has been paid back to him and that the said plea is also mentioned in the counter affidavit.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Court dated 24.11.2006 has been complied with. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 24.11.2006.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stands closed.
