Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the relief sought in the present writ petition does not survive and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to raise the objection, raised in the present writ petition, before the appropriate forum.

Granting the liberty as sought, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
