This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.719 of 2018 on the file of I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad, wherein these petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 are being prosecuted for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

There is allegation against the petitioner/ accused No.1 that he forged and fabricated the sale deed and implementing in the municipal records. There are also allegations against other accused in supporting T.Gangadhar Goud (A.1). Under these circumstances, filing of charge sheet against these petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 I.P.C cannot be faulted. There are no merits in the petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
