The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
