ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......issue Writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, order or direction, declaring the notice dated 27.06.2012 issued by the 2nd respondent as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 10.06.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.18793 of 2011 in W.P.No.15684 of 2011 and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order......" At the hearing, Mr.Ch.N.Mehar Baba, learned counsel representing Mr.V.V.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
