This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ 1st defendant, assailing the order, dated 04.01.2014, of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nandigama, passed in I.A.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.143 of 2012.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ 1st defendant is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court decreed the suit wit costs on 18.02.2014. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
