This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of FIR, stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.189/2018, dated 15.07.2018, was registered under Sections 447, 506 r/w.34 IPC, against the persons who trespassed into the petitioner's land.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for home, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
