This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 12.06.2018 passed in E.A.No.137 of 2018 in E.P.No.204 of 2015 in Dispute No.296 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, at Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
